Colton is an editor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. He was born and raised in the great plains of Lawton, Oklahoma, and earned his BA in Film & Media Studies from the University of Oklahoma. In 2019, he moved to LA to pursue an MFA in Editing from the AFI Conservatory.
His editing credits encompass a wide range of genres and categories, including over twenty short films. He is drawn to projects that reflect unique viewpoints and that aren’t afraid to experiment with cinematic form. Being an avid cinephile, he is constantly seeking out new films to draw inspiration from.
